Moulded Doors

Moulded doors are created by stamping a series of panels or a design into a hardboard fiber material to form the door face. They are designed to resemble the look of an interior stile and rail wood door. Our moulded door offerings include Solid Particle Core and Hollow Core doors.

Moulded Doors

Solid Particle Core

A Solid Particle door offers a substantial weight and feel, contributing to its durability. It also effectively reduces sound transmission, making it ideal for quiet environments. These doors are perfect for both residential and light commercial applications, such as living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and bathrooms. Additionally, they can be fire-rated for up to 20 minutes when paired with certified frames and hardware.

Moulded Doors

Hollow Core

Hollow Core moulded doors offer a lighter-weight, economic alternative to wood stile and rail interior doors. Available in a variety of designs with smooth or textured surfaces.

Hollow core doors typically feature MDF or fiber stiles in their construction. These doors are commonly used in residential applications where sound transmission and durability are not the primary concerns.

Stile and Rail Doors

Primed stile and rail doors are the perfect option for homeowners seeking to enhance the clean, stylish look of their Modern, Traditional, Vintage, or Eclectic homes. With architecturally accurate designs, sharp shadow lines, and well-defined panels, they offer an exceptional level of detail.

Primed stile and rail doors are made from wood components joined with dowel pins. The stiles and rails have an engineered wood core covered with an MDF veneer, creating an excellent surface for painting. Each door is crafted with perfectly proportioned stiles, rails, and panels, individually made to ensure architectural accuracy.

The stiles and rails feature a solid wood engineered core for added strength, stability, and reduced sound transmission. The MDF veneer is permanently bonded to the core, resisting dents, dings, and gouges. Compared to other imitation products, the veneer provides a superior, smooth painting surface.
